An American Werewolf in London.

It is hard for a movie to go the distance. Jack and David have carried this one for thirty years. I get the itch every couple of years to watch it again. The odd thing is it’s Jack that brings me back. The comic undead ties down what otherwise would just be sad. David suffers the curse, but Jack just rots with a grin. John Landis is a comic wit. The guy who brought us the Blues Brothers and National Lampoons doesn’t need me to tell you about him. He has done himself proud with his own good humor and the side kick zombie Jack. The special effects haven’t aged badly. Landis smartly leaves much to the imagination and does the rest simply. Jack said it best “you gotta do it David”. Bye Jack, I will see you in three or four years rest in peace until them.
